Shocked at that response of essentially 'sorry 'bout your bad luck'. I wrote back about less-than packaging and that a fragile sticker isn't the magic he obviously thinks it is, and shock over his dont care attitude. After more correspondence he offered me a 50.00 refund on a 250.00 purchase for a figurine I cannot display/use.
