I know this will not last and the seat will soon be sliding around, if this was a 15 dollar plastic seat i would say its my fault for being cheap and i would not complain. But its a 30 dollar seat with metal hinges and heavy wood 75% good value 25% cheap plastic....But its made this way so you soon have to replace it. Think twice

Seller shipped our itme and we received the coffee maker 4 days AHEAD of time! Unfortunately....the water sensor did not work....we contacted the seller and they sent us a PREPAID return....we shipped it back to them and received another one in 3 days!! Their communication was excellent!! I cannot express how happy we were with this seller!! Amazing work!!
