"turbo mode" caused blue screen even before logon to windows and with linux usb stick constant reboots. Seems like it has been used in OC'ing or something is wrong with voltages on default. Forcing clock speed to 3,9 without turbo and manually bumping voltages higher than default got the cpu stable with cool 'n quiet on, So it would downclock and work properly.

Including a small plastic bag with enough thermal interface material for mounting the heatsink was a nice touch. Excellent seller—fast shipping, great communication. Highly recommended!

They came in AMD plastic clamshell cases and were packed very well in the box with foam and bubble wrap. Shipping from China was incredibly fast. A+ seller.
