I assume that the wrong item was shipped to me because it was either in the wrong bin when stocked or some other issue. The seller shipped me a second set of bearings, but still the wrong ones. He/She did not give up. The issue was sorted and new bearings were on the way. I returned the mispicked bearings as my correct bearings showed up. I give the seller 100% positive because he/she has wonderful communication and they took care of the problem. The initial response was for a 3500 pound kit. It did not fit, but the seller was very responsive in effecting the return and refund, and then offering the correct kit. The condition was good shipping took 8 days from time of order it was shipped in a usps plastic envelope and was tossed around because it was out of box when I opened package but not damaged .I would definitely buy again
