Excellent communication with seller will definitely buy from them again. My only regret is that I did not purchase the handle/driver that goes with the bit. I assumed that this would be an easy item to purchase from my local hardware store, which it was not. I ordered another driver online which will arrive overnight unfortunately costing me more money in the end.
