Rapid dispatch and good communication but unfortunately let down by carrier (Amazon Logistics EU) who failed to find the address on 4 occasions.Amazon have delivered to this address for 7 years! Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.

When reported to the seller, they apologised and offered return and refund. However as I got it at such a good price and the item itself was not faulty decided to keep it and ordered seperate ear tips. Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated. I got a full refund, however I asked if I could get the Cheese sauce I had ordered but I was ignored. I even went on to their list of items to reorder the Cheese sauce which was not listed. This tells me this was not a mistake but they did not have the Cheese sauce and sent me the White sauce with the intention of ripping me off. They should not be selling items they do not have.
