I don't want to give you a bad review for such a trivial transaction but these adaptors don't work. Fully plugged in no sound comes through. Half way in, mono sound can sometimes be heard on one side. Investigations with a multimeter showed that, on all 4, the two contacts shown in the photo were permanently shorted together whether or not anything was plugged in at the other end.
