One of the plastic rear door hinges on n the printer door arrived broken on rear door of hp 2015 dpn printer. We are attempting to glue hinge for securing the rear door. This is the only matter of concern. If you have rear door please send. Again only matter of concern as otherwise the printer looks and operates new. Thank you for the printer.

The appropriate cables were included though the promised ink cartridge was NOT. I had a partially used cartridge from my old broken printer. so not a problem. The printer installed in my old Windows 7 system without a hitch and is working fine. This company is highly recommended.

They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.
