Shipping was only 6 days from order to delivery (VA to FL), and brand new condition. This box-style case is different from the Stihl's, so it'll take some getting used to. The included scabbard is designed so it won't come off of the bar when the saw is inside the case. Very happy with the entire transaction, shipping & product quality.

Not a problem though, very easy to put together. All pcs just snapped together. Perfect! is a 1 word description and price was best on the Internet arrived with free shipping. I was surprised the filter was so expensive, but buying a new lawnmower is a lot more! The service was very good. It came quickly. I always keep filter one ahead. Oh yes, the filter was well boxed. Other filters I have bought are sent in envelopes, and occasionally get crushed or bent.
