I order the wrong thing - he cancelled it immediately I wanted to change quantity - he pulled it from the post office, then messaged to check I’d got it. The trem bars fitted one guitar, not another - he’s sent up a different size to help me out. ‘Send the spare back if you aren’t going to use it’. What a brilliant attitude, and sets a high bar.

I appreciated Scott's help in procuring exactly the right product. The tremolo arm is a perfect fit. In this case Royal Mail chose to take over a week to deliver a parcel - not the sellers fault at all. When the seller was contacted (just before the delivery) he took responsibilty right away by contacting me by phone and reassuring me that I would receive a positive outcome. The products themselves are of excellent quality, great value, and arrived in excellent condition. I can't priase the seller enough - A+++++

Unfortunately it did not fit so I sent a message to the seller. Scot (the seller) rang me immediately to query the problem as he had sent me the correct size for my Strat. He said he would have a good rummage through his stock and get back to me. 3 days later another one arrived which fit beautifully. I have to say that Scot went more than the extra mile. Highly recommended seller. 1st Class
