Lovely size chair with a cup holder, very comfortable. The addition of the foot stall is really great compliments the chair making it a great lounging experience. Quality is good as was price, nice quick delivery.

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
