The system is easy to install and runs quietly due to the virtually silent cooler fan. The flagship FX series of processors, codenamed Vishera, feature the tuned-up, second generation of Bulldozer micro-architecture, which is called Piledriver micro-architecture. Without changing the manufacturing process used, higher frequencies have been reached by modifying the internal CPU core structure. Piledriver enhances the energy efficiency of the processor and increases its performance. There are six Piledriver cores in the processor, and they work together to produce seamless multitasking and crisp, rich video quality. Piledriver has a large instruction window with two ISA extensions: F16C and FMA3. It has a precise branch predictor and an enhanced scheduler in the execution units so that it processes individual instructions quickly. The performance levels and energy efficiency of the AMD FX-6350 are enhanced by both the Bulldozer and the Piledriver architectures. The six-core CPU AMD FX-6350 processor with Socket AM3+ and integrated Wraith Cooler is fully unlocked. This unlocked clock multiplier provides more headroom for an incredible over-clocking capability. The AMD OverDrive software is easy to use and provides you with performance and power that is highly configurable. The 32-nanometer Vishera 125W die shrink manufacturing tech improves efficiency by reducing leakage, producing enhanced thermals, and increasing the clock rate headroom. The AMD FX-6350 processor with 3.9GHz operating frequency is equipped with AMD Turbo Core technology, which boosts performance. By pushing the CPU core frequencies to their maximum level when needed the most, the AMD Turbo Core technology is able to boost the performance of applications you are using on your computer. System bottlenecks are reduced by the HyperTransport Technology (HTT), which is a low-latency, high-speed point-to-point link.
