However, my last large order of almost 40 items was never shipped. This group of sellers took my money, then ignored all attempts to communicate. eBay had to step in and refund my entire order. Worst experience ever during 20+ years active on eBay.

The item did not get delivered and the seller did not provide tracking information. After reaching out to them, they admitted that my package had been misplaced and got a replacement out to me in a very timely manner. Tracking was provided and the item was delivered. Communication with seller was quick and honest and they assured me they would help if needed further. I was advised that they were out of stock and they apologized and quickly refunded my money. Can't say anything negative about good customer service.
