I needed a longer scissors of this type so I ordered this one as most are 11 cm (not including the curve). This instrument is the same as others that are advertised as 11 or 11.5 cm overall actual working length and are less expensive than this one. I am also unable, (even under a magnifying glass) to visualize any TC (Tungsten Carbide) inserts as advertised. It appears sharp so I am going to keep it as a spare anyway, but it is definitely NOT as advertised.
