Of course the soft plastic gloves were fine but the measuring cup being brittle plastic was all smashed up where the 5 litre bottle had crushed it numerous times in transit. It's pointless supplying something brittle if it's not protected and I can see no way of doing that when a heavier item is always going to crush it.

Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.

When reported to the seller, they apologised and offered return and refund. However as I got it at such a good price and the item itself was not faulty decided to keep it and ordered seperate ear tips. Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated. It's a shame that the courier left it propped up against the front door for all opportunists passing by to see without even knocking. I was home all evening and only found it by chance.
