I love my planners and the shipping was pretty good once the seller finally replied to my messages. I messaged them again for a refund of the difference of one of the planners ( one of the planners I had bought was replaced with a cheaper one) and haven’t heard back from them and it’s been about a month now. It’s unfortunate as the planners are beautiful but the sellers comm

Again communication was not great which is very frustrating when ordering an item online. I received the Tejus instead of this planner and it was advertised to come with inserts but was delivered empty. I messaged the seller about it and have not gotten a response for a month now. Still didn’t get my refund for the difference of the Tejus I got. I bought 2 planners and I thought i would also receive combined shipping based on their message but I didn’t.
