I also failed to find a driver for it. I learned that network cards are not so simple as other hardware. I also learned that this card was initially desinged for windows server 2003, the same year PCIe was introduced for desktop computers. Hence, the lack of current drivers. This is entirly my fault for assuming all PCIe devices have current windows 11 drivers.
