I received this drum & suspect that since my printer is SO old, so are repair parts for it. When this unit performed very poorly (pictures provided), this seller quickly (same day) responded w/a full refund. I REALLY APPRECIATE that. At first, I was bummed thinking I'd lost money & was going to go thru a lengthy refund process w/some probability it wouldn't be approved. Thank you! Continued success
