    From when I ordered it to when it arrived was about 8 days. 4 new 12" clamps for $84.83 total or $21.21 each. Reasonable price considering shipping. Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    My experience with this seller was stellar. There was a minor issue with the product and it was handled quickly and the response was amazing. This seller puts the smile back into customer service. Something you dont see very often is this weary world.

    Seller did contact me and let me know the item I was interested in was not exactly to the version they had shown and returned my money. I was grateful for the honesty and professionalism of the seller being aware of this particular issue. Definitely would do business again with them.
