Unfortunately, I received a hardware error and reported this error on the Saturday of a long weekend, I assumed I would not hear back until the following Tuesday. To my surprise I received and response within 30 minutes or so. An error was identified and a new part was shipped. I now have a fully functional server. :)

Great to deal with, great price. Will definitely do more business with the vendor. NOT a reflection on the vendor - UPS said that they attempted delivery on one day (the did not show up) - second attempt they said they delivered to the door - left it by the side of the road a good 200 ft from my home.
