When USPS lost my first order of this item, I contacted the mail person, my local USPS office and the 800 number I was told to call. Nobody could find it. The seller also contacted my local postal office. Communication was fantastic between the seller and me. When I finally decided to take my loss and reorder, the seller gave me a discounted price. I highly recommend this seller. A+++
