Item was very well packaged \ protected. Only issue was with the postage cost(s). As there was a 'Insufficient' Postage & £3.50 'Fee To Pay", Yellow Sticker attached to the packaging. Not sure who was actually responsible for this. As I, wasn't asked to pay it at the 🕐 \ point of collection from my specific Collection Point. I did 'Message' the Seller about it. Explained what I wanted & seller sent photos of a couple of choices for me to choose along with pricing & postage swiftly. Received promptly. Over the moon with new necklace!
