The only bad thing that I’m seeing with the controller are the triggers everything else is really good, when you understand that it’s not an official product, and it as the box says it works on GameCube and the WII overall a great product.

I really do feel sorry for those who got a dud in the mail, however I am suspicious of user error for (some of) the negative reviews as I have never in my life gotten anything brand new, (no matter how cheap), that did not work out of the box. I am on day 2 of using the controller and I can tell you that it is surely sufficient for Metroid Prime. The fact that it works the way it's supposed to makes me want to call it "nice"

They did not let me know what the status was on the one coming back, I had to contact them. Then when i finally got one back it was the same damaged one that I sent them! Tried to contact them, no response, had to get eBay involved to send it back and get a refund. They are hard to communicate with and not concerned about the problem, would not buy from them.

I like that you provided feedback after I completed my part which is paying. Your customer service is great! Appreciate the quick shipping & packaging. I was surprised by having to sign for the package but luckily I was home. The product-as described & works well in the PS5 Pro. Definitely one of my best transactions on eBay as far as customer service! Thank You!!!
