These people are GREAT -- fast to respond to email -- gave me instructions to fix mine -- but mine is gone to the great printer place in the sky --- recommend them highly --

What I thought was shipping damage was the actual advertised condition and not the sellers fault. The only issue I had was in regards to the a missing HDD cage which was required to boot. I contacted service and they took care of me right away. Professional service and they stand by what they sell. Condition matched the listing (aside from the shipping damage, obviously), and the price was right. The seller did a good job with communication and fixing the problem.
