So well that I bought from them again. As before, the item was priced well, well packaged, timely shipped and arrived undamaged. This time the item had a couple of small wear marks on the case, but overall in near like-new condition. Surprisingly, its specs are better than both advertised and labeled on the packaging. The ram was double as advertised and the operating system was upgraded!Dell Latitude 5421 14" Laptop Intel Core i5-11500H 16GB 512GB Windows10P (N° 167555041178)
