Everything was bubble wrapped nicely I think the item was just a little over squished when they boxed it causing the break. They got back to me right away reviewed the photos and issued a full refund. The shipping was quick and the seller was great when I sent offers on it. Absolutely great service, seller was very kind and quick to take of it, would buy from them again!
