This vintage crystal item arrived excellently packaged, highly secured with soft fillings and in its original box. The postage was prompt, and the item seemed to have never been used, despite being vintage; it's in pristine condition, exactly as photographed and described. The seller was flexible and accepted my offer, so the price was great. Many thanks, it is a stunning, unique piece. :)

I think they lost the parcel initially but the seller was very helpful in chasing the postal company. Just frustrating from my point as needed this item at the weekend (25th/26th Oct) still the positive is my item arrived in one piece following the delay.

Despite being a heavy package full tracking with Royal Mail 48 was provided for FREE, which I am most grateful for. As a seasoned literary scholar books are sacrosanct to me, so I fully appreciate any trouble taken to ship them with care and respect, and much trouble was clearly taken.
