    Even though the items I purchased were incorrect due to manufacturing mislabeling, the seller was excellent. He took my negative feedback and reached out to the manufacturer to check into my claim instead of just lashing out over my feedback. In the end it was agreed that I would keep the items and he would offer me a price adjustment. It was a resolution that we both felt good with after several conversations.

    Seller immediately reached out to me. He had contacted the manufacturer. Hubs are different grade of aluminum than our typical brand, but do possess the characteristics of aluminum. Seller was great on trying to stand behind his product. We are going to install these and trust seller and manufacturer that they are aluminum. Would buy from seller again.
