They agreed that I ordered the wrong item and right away they sent out the right part and now I'm waiting on it to arrive and send the wrong part back to them. This person went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you

Unfortunately, I could not get it to run. When I contacted the seller, they almost immediately provided me with a return label and sent out a replacement saw. I have yet to receive the replacement saw yet, due to arrive on Monday. I contacted this seller and received nothing but the best service which is second to none. I stayed in contact with their customer service to get the item shipped back and a replacement on the way. Neotec has great products and even better customer service. I would recommend neotec to anyone thinking about buying one of their saws.
