    While the PC was not quite as described in the listing, the seller kindly & quickly sent a partial refund for the inconvenience. A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

    Speedy delivery, reasonably priced, and awesome description—good seller to conduct business with. Keep up the good work. And I look forward to doing business with you in the future Packaging was excellent, with as many bubbles as possible. Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11

    Quality was excellent, if I didn't know it was labelled "very good" I wouldn't have known there was a flaw at all. I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
