Once I chased up the refund I was refunded and had to buy the book elsewhere. Disappointed-Yes, confused with conflicting statements-Yes, fully refunded-Yes, had to buy elsewhere-Yes. When I contacted the vendor about non receipt 14 days after dispatch I was informed the item could not be replaced as they had sold out and arranged a refund within 1 day. Would consider buying from them again as they dealt with my enquiry promptly.The Red Queen by Martha Grimes [Hardback] (N° 167622363894)
