My book arrived in immaculate condition! It's important to note the date / date range in the listing that your item will arrive. It's accurate. This means they aren't shipping your item the day you place the order or the day they create the label. BUT that's okay as you will have it by the date /date range specified which is fine by me and totally fair and reasonable.
