My order arrived on time and as described. Unfortunately a small piece of the item was broken. I contacted the seller. Few minutes later, I received a phone call from the seller apologizing about this issue (mostly a transportation problem). The seller offered either a replacement or a percentage discount. I really appreciate the professional and friendly response. I highly recommend this seller.
