      Absolutely amazing service. The laptop is in mint condition and looks virtually brand new and works perfectly. Due to me ordering after the cutoff time for next day delivery it wouldn’t have arrived in time, so they sent someone the same day to deliver it to me. Went completely above and beyond, will definitely use The Laptop Factory again for future purchases!

      Excellent product, as described. Quick responses to communication and item dispatched promptly (although Royal Mail failed to follow delivery instructions which they even confirmed by email, which meant I didn't receive the item on the day it was expected, but this is not the sellers fault).
