    I happened to experience a first in my 25 years buying on ebay. The item I had purchased was listed as "New with Tags." Shortly after I paid for the item I received a message from the seller informing me that upon retrieving the garment to prepare for shipping they noticed moth holes. They offered to send photos and/or I may cancel. I chose to cancel with a total refund. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their honesty and excellent business sense.
