The packagaing was wrapped tightly and was in plastic that kept the item dry after delivery as I was not home at that time. The price was fair (value) and I am really happy I bought them. The seller shipped quickly and the sale transaction was easy. I will definitely buy from this seller in the future.

This appeared to not be the seller's fault, but rather USPS. Although the purchase didn't work out for me, the seller was a great individual work with!
