I missed the window to pick up in the store so would appreciate a wider window to choose pickup versus shipping. Otherwise no complaints. The in-store staff are always very well-informed and have supported items after the sale without hesitation.

I've read several comments about it taking too long to be shipped out. Their description clearly states to give them three business days from time auction ends. It was otherwise exactly as described. To address this problem I was issued a prompt refund for the value of the item, which was greatly appreciated. Another good experience with the GRID.
