If buyer had contacted me first, I could have helped correct the issue as Ebay recommends. The ornament was new in the box when shipped. I assume the ornament was damaged while in shipping or had a manufacturing defect. I have sold hundreds of ornaments with no issues. This is a problem that could have been easily corrected if there was communication from the buyer. I've been on Ebay for 23+ years with 7000+ positive feedback
