It had been bubbled wrapped but somewhere alone the way must have been dropped. The dish was beautifully, just how it was depicted. I was disappointed it was broken. The package came in a timely manner . I notified the seller that it arrived damaged and sent pictures. They issued me a refund.

Ship time was a bit slow and I communicated with seller and he let me know he did meet his time commitment. All that to say that I did not read time to ship so that is on me. Communication therefore was good. The deck showed up packaged extremely well. The deck was in great shape and better than advertised, so thank you.
