This was all after calling and asking them to check the book, which they did, and assured me there was nothing wrong with it. How could they not have seen that they were shipping a copy that did not represent the photo shown in the listing? Not worth sending back. It also took days to get a response to questions.

The box, though not factory sealed, was the original and in excellent condition. The parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, and in fact, anxiously look forward to future transactions.

But communication with the seller was good and exchanging for the correct item I ordered was relatively pain free. A minor thing was the item I ordered had a large piece of it fall off during shipping, but could be glued on without difficulty. Packaging was acceptable, my ordered item was as advertised and of a descent value.
