I had to contact seller twice regarding the shipping of my package, this is not normal practice. I don’t feel like I should have to beg the seller to ship a package that I paid immediately for. Also seller listed shoes as new without box, more like used with stains. Maybe this transaction was just a one off. At the end of the day I did receive the package. Plus when I contacted the seller she asked me if I could ship the cup to one of the sellers customers. The seller was contacted that it went out to there customer and I even gave the seller a tracking to forward on to the new person getting the mug I wanted to send back.
