Electric Light Orchestra leader Jeff Lynne did more than figuratively reach for the sky on Eldorado. Daring to be bold, and creating imaginative worlds that invite the listener to escape the mundane, the visionary composer-musician achieved a multidisciplinary fantasia and, in the process, a prog-rock landmark. Beautiful yet fun, ambitious yet consistent, the concept album celebrates romantics and escapists. Replacement also had manufacturing defect. I can't access replacement order in the system to obtain defective item return shipping label. Seller advised me to keep item, or donate to library. I've seen this type of quality control issue on a few other, modern vinyl reissues.
