The laptop came in secure heavy-duty bubble specifically made for laptop shipping, as well as in a heavy-duty box. Timely shipping as well. A minor flaw that wasn't noted on listing existed, but seller provided an acceptable remedy to make up for this unintentional omission from list description. Overall, a PERFECT TRANSACTION. WILL BUY AGAIN!

One of the case tabs appears to have broken off during shipping but computer was otherwise delivered in good condition as described. Would recommend oversized stiff packing boards for future shipments to protect brittle plastic. Spoke with seller who was very understanding and they worked with me to resolve the issue with both parties happy. Unfortunate circumstances but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any items from them again due to great communication.
