It was obvious the unit was dropped at some point hence why it was "returned." A minor dent on the cabinet and was able to fix a minor issue with the door hinge and the unit is already up and cooking! Was exactly as described though missing the thermometer- no big deal for me. Handle was cracked/broken- again, minor. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
