However, a small mistake on my part (I had forgotten to change my address after my move) meant trying to contact the seller for changes right after I had noticed the mistake. This seller makes no attempt to contact you back, though. Any attempt I made was met with silence. I was fortunate enough to get ahold of my prior landlords to get my package, but I'd be more careful around this seller in particular if you needed help for anything.

Charged me $15 for picking it up at the UPS Store across the street because their driver never showed up at the scheduled time. I could not get anyone in customer service to reroute it. They returned it to the seller who then had to ship it again. Waste of time, but the computer is working good when I finally got it.
