However, it arrived without any tags, without the special branded pouch it normally comes with, and the box was dirty and already opened. This is clearly not a new item. On top of that, I paid extra for shipping under the assumption it was a new, unopened product. You can also see a clear barcode tag on one of the pictures. The customer contacted us due to the fact that she was being charged a tariff fee which is not our fault due to new government regulations. I believe she wanted us to be in charge of this new international fee, which we are not responsible for.
