Received 2 printers LONG after I needed them to get em repaired, cleaned up & gifted. When I FINALLY received it was only 1 printer in the box!! Had to wait another 2-3 days for the second to show up. This has to be the biggest fuddy-duddy mismanaged seller/store I've ever come across. If u buy from here then expect to get jerked around waiting & wondering when you'll receive what u paid for. We've never heard of a customer complaining that we didn't combine two large items together when they are not even paying for shipping. Additionally, it is not our fault that UPS decided to deliver them separately. We informed you of the shipping delays and you said "okay, thank you." We never jerked you around. We are a small business, not Amazon. Thanks for buying from us!

I asked on the 12th for an update and on the 13th the seller responded "We have been running limited hours. Your item has been packaged and is waiting pick up by the carrier. You should see your tracking update by tomorrow." USPS didn't get the package until the 18th. Seller really needs to work on shipping quicker! Extremely well packaged with good quality box. Bought two hard drives and both were wrapped and sealed along with bubble wrapped.
