He did not wish to give me a refund on an item I purchased from him, calling me names and harrassing me multiple times. Even after he finally did refund my money, he still wrote to me several times calling me a "the worst kind of person", etc. Even AFTER I asked him "please do not contact me again". The person bought a phone from me, decided he didn't want it and made up a situation to use ebay's buyer friendly protections. He returned the phone to me in a used dirty glove. So yes, after that I did inform the buyer that he was the worst kind of person (liar/cheat/scammer).
