Although the figure has a broken wing on the back and the damage was not included in the description, it was however in one of the photos provided by the seller, so I suppose you can technically say the figure arrived as described. Since the broken wing is hard to see in the photo because the orange all blends together on the back, it would have been nice if this damage was disclosed in the description. I do not feel this figure had a value of $40.
