As a result I'm stuck with a phone which is unusable due to extreme heating and constant restarting.

Phone is beautiful and the quality is amazing. Photography kit worked right out of the box. Everything was new and sealed as mentioned. Great price for bundle. AAA+ Seller :) Thank you

Phone and Camera kit is Brand New - however, the camera kit did not work, I communicated this to the seller, and they've asked me to send the kit back for a replacement in 2 weeks, it has been 1 week. I wanted to let buyers know that this is a good seller, great communication. I'll buy my next phone from this seller.

It could have been packaged with more protection but it arrived undamaged and 1 week + 2 days after purchase. Item was new in box (I don't think Sony is sealing these recyclable packaging), and exactly as advertised except for it being the 512GB storage version instead of the 256GB, which is a very happy accident as far as I'm concerned.
